We Three Kings

Just because!  
the child asked why?  
turtles atop turtles  
and the philosopher   
cries why?  
the moon round  
and the earth too  
circle the sun   
in tow we go  
yet where we fly?  
the theologian  
knows why!  
to break through  
the fair blue sky  
in time  
we'll see  
stacked no more  
turtle atop turtles  
and we'll know why!  
yet the scientist   
cries  
too much to solve  
and be involved  
when we all know  
without a doubt  
turtles stacked  
with no support  
are but clever   
contorts  
that do purport  
to be whatever  
you want   
them  
to  
be.
