Just as evolution seeks
the least resistant path
in a lazy man sort of way
so too some take that path
to shape young minds
and reign in imagination
with thoughts fantastic
in order to control
and make life easy
for lazy teachers
who have nothing
to give
but their own fears
that long ago
were shaped
by lazy
fearful souls.
